In November 2015 "Industrial Park "Avangard" Ltd. signed an agreement with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on providing subsidies from the federal budget for reimbursement of part of interest payments on the loans borrowed at Russian credit organizations.
In 2015 federal budget allocated 49 mln rub for state support of small and medium-size business under “Creation and (or) development of industrial parks” campaign, part of state program of Khabarovsk region “Innovative development and modernization of Khabarovsk region’s economy" for 2015.
PSEDA “Khabarovsk” which includes “Avangard” industrial park” was created by Government Decree No. 630 as of June 25, 2015. In October 2015 "Industrial Park "Avangard" Ltd. received a status of resident of PSEDA “Khabarovsk”.
In November 2015 an agreement was signed with the Ministry of Investment and land property policy of Khabarovsk region on providing subsidy in the amount of 5.0 million rubles for creation and (or) development of private commercial (industrial) park “Avangard”.
In July 2015 a contract was signed with Khabarovsk city administration on providing subsidies to “Avangard” industrial park in the amount of 1.5 mln rubles for the reimbursement of part of the expenses on creation and development of private industrial park for allocation of small and medium-size enterprises.
In April 2016 “Avangard” industrial park received operational industrial park certificate for compliance with the National standard GOST R 56301-2014 "Industrial parks. Requirements" according to the system of voluntary certification of industrial parks.
